Partners for Rural Washington, Zero Emissions Northwest and Washington State University Extension joined the administrators, teachers and students of Harrington School District to celebrate installation of a new solar energy system. The project is part of The Giving Grid, a program designed to bring the benefits of solar energy and cost savings to rural school districts.
